Last week Markus Kucborski sent us a handy KMZ-file for Google Earth which might be helpful for planning your stay in Berlin. It tells you where the different BarCamp venues are located and which accommodations and points of interest are located nearby.
Like last year Berlinblase created a map including all events taking place during the Berlin Web Week.

Today we were able to finally announce this year’s location of BarCamp Berlin 3. Some of you maybe participated in the little riddle we posted before.
Venue
The BarCamp Berlin 3 will take place at the “Hauptstadtrepräsentanz” (Berlin Representative Office) of the Deutsche Telekom. It’s located right in the center of the city. It offers a huge amount of space, modern technological infrastructure and at the same time a rich sense of history: It has been an important building for German telecommunications since the 19th century and the former residence of the “Kaiserliches Haupttelegraphenamt” (Imperial Head Office of Telegraphy). Furthermore, the first German telephone line was established here in 1877.
